Indian
Railways in association with Railway Protection Force has declared a
notification related to recruitment for various constables posts as
Railway Protection Force recruitment 2014 on its official site at
www.indianrailways.gov.in and all necessary information is available at
the same. RPF is connected with CAPF (Central Armed Police Force) and it
protects Indian Railway system.
Now
RPF has declared one notification of recruitment on official site and
according to that they are going to recruit for 659 various vacancies of
various posts. So, those who are eligible for any of the post can apply
for this by filling up the application form. All the necessary
conditions and criteria are mentioned below, so go through it before you
apply.

Name of post:
- Constable Water Carrier: 406 posts
- Constable Safaiwala: 117 posts
- Constable Washerman: 53 posts
- Constable Barber: 61 posts
- Constable Mali: 07 posts
- Constable Tailor: 09 posts
- Constable Cobbler: 06 posts
Age limit:
- Candidate’s age should not be more than 25 years and less than 18 years as on 01/01/2014 and relaxation is applicable as per government rules
Application fee:
- General/ OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 40/- and no fee for SC/ ST/ EBC/ Female/ EXSM candidates
Pay scale:
- Rs. 5200/- to Rs. 20200/- with Grade pay of Rs. 2000/-
Education qualification:
- Candidate should have passed class 10 or ITI from any recognized institute
How to apply:
- Fill up application form given with official notification and then send it to related centers for which you want to apply. List of all centers are given in official notification.
Selection process:
- Written exam, PET and Trade test will be taken to select the best candidates
Important dates to remind:
- Advertise published on: 21 to 27 December, 2013
- Last date for receipt of form: within 30 days from publication of advertisement
